Can I create a Ticket package that includes both tickets and products?

Why am I copied on emails when I resend orders to a new email address?

Deleting the ticket type is actually the best way to handle it. Products do not count toward your ticket totals. However, 1% of merchandise sales processed via credit card are accounted towards your monthly bill.

For all orders, we collect the name of the customer that is either purchasing the tickets or processing the order (if tickets are free).  If you need to collect a customer name per ticket being ordered, you may either require or optionally request a customer name per ticket.

Many organizations have the logo watermarked on the front of the ticket prior to printing so that there isn't a need to add a logo onto the ticket template.
